What is the max safe RPM limit for the '75 CR250 bottom end and piston?

I am building a race engine and wonder to what safe max rpm to port time the engine to.

these engines can turn 8500-9000 rpm stock.I would ask sam427 as he has been experimenting with a 75 model cr250M1
