What is the size & thread pitch for the puller for a 74 Cr125 M? Any other brand models the same?

Close as I can measure I think is 24mm and a 1.o pitch RH. Anyone can confirm that?

The actual pullers are bolt within a bolt. I just went to a local generic cycle shop, Zoom Cycles in Santa Clara California in my case, and they had a tool display with a selection of pullers, tire irons, that kind of stuff. Price wasn't too bad, maybe $10-$15.

Speaking of flywheel pullers, I'll ask this again.....anybody know where you can get

FWIW: First time you mentioned that I looked too and you are absolutely right. That thing is made of pure unobtainium.

Drifting but I will get to the point. I just bought a lathe because I had several projects from making my own axles to outboard motor modifications that needed one.

Punch line is most small lathes come with the ability to thread. Most people that have them are nuts about using them. You could probably just ask on one of the mini lathe boards to find someone local. That or part with $500 to buy a lathe to make a $10 part! :D

I think the easiest way to do it would be turn a nut down to the right size. Thread the outside with the right pitch for the CR and just use the bolt that it fits for the inner.

The puller is unusual as the rotor on the 1978-1980 CR250R is "inside-out". The Honda part # is 07933-430-000 and I got an original from my dealer some time ago. They are available from http://www.cmsnl.com for Euro 46.50.

I still have not had a definative answer on the puller for a 77/78 Cr 125. It is an enternal threaded rotor and may be 25mm but could be 26, has a Right hand thread that looks to be a 1.0 pitch. I see none listed on any manufactur's(MP, K&L) sites.
Any help out there?
Along the same line. Will the electronics,Stator & rotor, transfer between the earlier 74-? and this 77? The cranks are different as far as bolt/nut type.
