I'm sure you've already reported it stolen to the police, but if not, be sure and do so ASAP!
When I had a bike stolen some years back, I debated whether or not to report it stolen; after all, I figured it was gone forever, so why bother? But I did anyway - it took about a half hour to do.
Three years later I had my bike back, in better condition than when it was taken.
The guy lived in the town next to me. Since it was reported stolen he couldn't re-register it in his name, so he continued to ride it with my plate on it - for 3 years! Eventually he screwed up and got pulled over, and I got a phone call from the local police station to come pick up my bike.
The noise, smoke, and bright red color of your MR all work in your favor. All you need is for one cop or complainer with a cell phone to take notice.
One last thing - you might want to make some calls to the parts departments of Honda dealers close to you, especially the ones you know and have regular dealings with, and let them know about the theft. My local dealer has told me that I'm the only one who's ever ordered MR175 parts from them, and they would call me in a heartbeat if they knew my bike was stolen and someone else started ordering parts for it. I would also set up en eBay search for MR175 motorcycle auctions - you never know what might pop up.
